Job Description

  • As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will report to the Manager of Software Engineering within the Application Delivery team. Your role is highly technical, involving the analysis and design of software enhancements for industrial products. Using the Microsoft Stack (C#, ASP.NET) , you will write, test, and debug code while following Agile methodologies. You will approach complex problems from multiple angles, evaluating the pros and cons of different solutions to deliver well-engineered technical integrations.
  • You will be responsible for the entire development lifecycle, including writing technical documentation for installation and maintenance. Beyond coding, you will collaborate with cross-cultural teams to solve business problems and meet strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This role also allows you to experiment with AI tools like GitHub Copilot and explore cloud environments like Azure, ensuring you stay at the forefront of technology trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse and design software programs for new products and enhancements.
  • Develop high-quality code using C#, ASP.NET , and modern web technologies.
  • Perform rigorous testing and debugging to ensure application reliability.
  • Participate in all phases of the Agile development cycle .
  • Complete comprehensive documentation for system installation and procedures.
  • Collaborate with users to define system requirements and modifications.
  • Meet individual milestones and deadlines while ensuring delivery excellence.
  • Contribute to roadmap features and address customer-reported product health issues.

Skills & Eligibility

  • Education: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc in Computer Science, IT, or related fields with 7.0+ CGPA.
  • Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers from 2025-2026 batch).
  • Programming: Hands-on experience with C# and Object-Oriented Programming.
  • Web Tech: Knowledge of ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript , and Node.js.
  • Databases: Proficiency in SQL (SQL Server, Oracle) and data modeling.
  • Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git) and optionally Azure DevOps/Jira.
  • Preferred: Candidates who have completed the CDAC course are highly preferred.
  • Mindset: Good work ethics, eagerness to learn, and effective team collaboration skills.
