Job Description
As part of the NNE Recruitment 2026 intake, you will embark on a comprehensive 6-month training program designed specifically to equip you with the technical skills and industry knowledge essential for a successful career in pharma engineering. This role is highly structured to provide you with a balanced mix of hands-on experience, core learning, and continuous professional development.
You will participate in deep-dive training sessions covering technical aspects of biotech manufacturing, compliance, and project execution. Working alongside highly skilled colleagues, you will learn new design methodologies and execute pilot projects in your respective engineering domain.
Key Responsibilities
Actively participate in specialized training sessions covering various technical aspects of pharmaceutical engineering.
Engage in an immersive learning environment, discovering and applying modern design and engineering practices.
Execute hands-on pilot projects in your respective engineering area, effectively implementing your learnings.
Meet regularly with your dedicated mentor/manager to discuss progress, overcome technical challenges, and refine your learning experiences.
Gain a comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing, compliance protocols, and project execution lifecycles.
Skills & Eligibility
Education: Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech).
Experience: Must be a Fresher or have a maximum of 6 months of professional experience.
Communication: Strong ability to speak and write in English clearly and professionally.
Core Competencies: A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, creative thinking, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, cross-cultural work environment.
