Job Description

For the YES BANK Recruitment 2026 drive, the Corporate Administration and Credit Operations team is seeking meticulous Trainees. You will be responsible for ensuring that credit sanction proposals align with internal bank policies and RBI guidelines. This role requires executing vital quality checks on financial data, processing facility letters, and verifying critical legal and financial reports.
You will actively participate in the daily reconciliation of CASA accounts, General Ledger (GL) balances, and GST entries. Your work will directly impact the accuracy of the bank’s operational workflows, preventing revenue leakage and maintaining strict compliance with financial regulations.

As a Trainee at YES BANK, your key responsibilities will include:
Credit Processing: Ensure credit sanction proposals are processed strictly in line with internal Bank policies and RBI guidelines.
Documentation Verification: Verify the accurate issuance of Facility Letters alongside all required documentation as per the Credit Approval Memo (CAM), ensuring compliance with credit conditions.
Quality Assurance: Perform thorough quality checks on system data against underlying documents like CAM, valuation reports, title search reports, RoC, CERSAI, and stock audit reports.
Disbursement & Exceptions: Monitor exception tracking systems and verify the processing of Disbursement Notices to guarantee NIL operational loss or revenue leakage.
Reconciliation: Conduct daily reconciliation of internal CASA accounts and General Ledger (GL) balances, identifying and resolving unmatched entries. Reconcile GST-related entries with the GL.
Financial Analysis: Analyze Stock Statements and Cash flows, computing Drawing Power (DP) for Fund Based facilities and updating the Core Banking System (CBS) accordingly.
MIS Maintenance: Maintain accurate MIS reports and conduct routine quality checks for the Corporate Administration Department’s portfolio.

To be eligible for YES BANK Recruitment 2026, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines).
Experience Level: 0 to 1 years of experience. Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
Work Conditions: Must be available for a Full-Time, Contract-based role working from the Santacruz Office in Mumbai.
Core Competencies:Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).Excellent analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail in financial reconciliation.Basic understanding of banking terms, credit processing, GST, and General Ledger (GL) management.Proficiency in maintaining MIS reports and handling data accurately in banking systems.
