Job Description

  • Ensure that job descriptions and interview questions used during recruitment accurately reflect the requirements of each position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source potential candidates through online channels, social platforms, and professional networks. The objective is to build a strong pipeline of both active job seekers and passive candidates.
  • Leverage existing pipelines, past applicants, and potential candidates to meet business hiring requirements and support recruitment productivity targets.
