As a Junior Engineer in IT Operations & Infrastructure, you will play a critical role in supporting and managing our enterprise collaboration environment. Your day-to-day focus will center around providing administration, troubleshooting, and direct user support for Microsoft 365 services.
You will handle active incident monitoring, ensure basic security and compliance protocols are followed, and maintain detailed process documentation. This role requires a proactive approach to resolving user requests and ensuring that O365 communication flows securely and without interruption.
Key Responsibilities
Administration & Support: Provide hands-on administration and direct user troubleshooting for the full Microsoft 365 (O365) suite.
Monitoring & Maintenance: Proactively monitor service health dashboards to ensure 100% uptime of critical collaboration tools.
Incident & Request Handling: Manage incoming service tickets, handle user requests, and ensure timely issue resolutions.
Security & Compliance: Enforce basic security protocols and compliance measures within the O365 tenant.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date process documentation, update incident logs, and generate necessary knowledge-base articles and reports.
Skills & Eligibility
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
Core Competency: Demonstrable understanding of Microsoft 365 (O365) administration, troubleshooting, and enterprise deployment.
Technical Support: Experience dealing with incident handling, ticketing systems, and basic IT infrastructure maintenance.
Soft Skills: Enthusiastic, motivated, highly organized, and capable of generating detailed reports and documentation.
Work Mode: Ability to work full-time on-site at the Pune Division.
