Job Description

As a Junior System Engineer under the Valeo Recruitment 2026 drive, you will be an integral part of the engineering team responsible for project execution and technical excellence. Your primary focus will be on supporting Newness Level 1 projects—applying standard designs and existing rules to ensure high-quality output. You will act as a support pillar for senior engineers, managing technical documentation and data analysis to drive informed decision-making.

This role is designed for those who have a strong foundation in engineering principles and a desire to work within established design processes. You will be encouraged to adhere to Valeo’s digitalization roadmap, utilizing modern tools to maintain efficiency while identifying areas for continuous process improvement.

Support senior engineers in the execution of standard engineering projects (Newness Level 1).
Create and maintain high-accuracy technical documentation, including design specifications and test reports.
Collect, analyze, and report on technical data to support team decision-making.
Apply established Discipline design processes and methodologies consistently.
Maintain budget awareness and strive for optimal resource utilization within the assigned scope.
Adhere to the Digitalization Roadmap by using designated software tools for engineering tasks.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional team members and stakeholders.

Education: B.E / B.Tech in a relevant engineering discipline.
Experience: Freshers (Open to 2026 batch and recent graduates).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in engineering design processes and data analysis.
Learning Agility: Strong desire to stay abreast of automotive industry trends and best practices.
Soft Skills: Effective communication, efficiency-driven mindset, and a collaborative spirit.
