Job Description

As a Trainee System Engineer at Fronius, you will bridge the gap between technical service and sales support, ensuring customers understand and maximize the potential of Fronius products. Your key responsibilities will include:
Sales Support: Assisting the sales team with various tasks related to sales support, including consistent follow-ups with customers and maintaining strong client relationships.
Technical Shadowing: Shadowing experienced service engineers to learn the foundational basics of welding and the best maintenance practices for high-end welding equipment.
Customer Education: Educating customers on the specific advantages, features, and capabilities of Fronius products.
Training Sessions: Conducting hands-on practical training sessions for end-users to ensure they can efficiently operate the equipment.

Education & Experience: Must be a Fresher with a Diploma in Electrical/Electronics OR possess a maximum of 1 year of welding-related work experience.
Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively educate customers and collaborate with the sales team.
Technical Aptitude: Willingness to learn about welding technology, equipment maintenance, and practical applications.
Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in computers, including handling Email communications and using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Candidates must hold a Diploma in Electrical or Electronics to be eligible for this position.
