Job Description

As part of the Early Career Traineeship, you will join the Cordant analytics team as a Data Science and Analytics Trainee. You will apply your strong foundation in engineering, analytics, physics-based modeling, and digital tools to practical, real-world challenges.
You will play a pivotal role in the AI lifecycle, contributing to the design, implementation, testing, and integration of AI model serving solutions and backend services. This role demands collaboration with elite cross-functional teams, including Platform & MLOps, Reliability & Support, Security, Data, and Product teams, to ensure seamless AI service delivery.

AI Service Development: Support the development, operation, and lifecycle management of enterprise AI services.
Model Integration: Contribute to the design, implementation, testing, and integration of AI model serving solutions and robust backend services.
Quality Assurance: Assist in validation, troubleshooting, and performance testing to ensure high-availability solutions.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation for AI models and system architectures.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with diverse teams including MLOps, Data Engineering, Security, and Product Management.

Education: Graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field from an accredited university.
Batch Eligibility: Must have graduated within the past 12 months (2025/2026 batches).
Academic Performance: Minimum cumulative GPA of 7 (on a 10-point scale).
Communication: Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Mindset: Demonstrates deep curiosity, an eagerness to learn, and a passion for data science and analytics.
Work Authorization: Must be legally entitled to work within India without sponsorship or time restrictions.
