Job Description
As a Software Engineer I at isolved, you will support the development of new functional features and system enhancements under the structured mentorship of senior engineering staff. Your primary technical mandate spans across the full application stack—you will code user interface controls, build robust backend business logic, and construct optimized database operations using SQL Server stored procedures . You will collaborate closely with business analysts to clarify functional logic, write high-quality components, and debug application anomalies systematically.
Operating as an active member of a cross-functional Agile team , you will participate in backlog grooming, point estimations, sprint retrospective reviews, and continuous workflow optimizations. Additionally, you will be assigned to investigate third-level (L3) support requests, diving deep into technical logs to trace and remediate production defects. This role is carefully tailored to help entry-level builders sharpen their object-oriented principles, master corporate coding standards, and maintain reliable cloud infrastructure handling high-velocity workforce data.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain modern user interface controls and scalable business logic frameworks.
Write, debug, and optimize complex relational database elements using SQL Server Stored Procedures .
Participate actively in Agile sprint ceremonies, including grooming product items and establishing timelines.
Collaborate with business analysts to break down complex user requirements and business needs.
Investigate, root-cause, and resolve complex third-level (L3) platform support escalations.
Adhere strictly to corporate coding standards and quality parameters to ensure reliable application output.
Document technical components, software execution routines, and structural debugging playbooks.
Proactively learn modern software design patterns and system best practices from senior technicians.
Skills & Eligibility
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or equivalent quantitative streams.
Programming: Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) architectures (such as C#, Java, or closely related languages).
Databases: Solid command over relational database models and relational scripting language syntax, especially MS SQL Server .
Web Basics: Fundamental awareness of handling front-end user interface controls, HTML, and CSS.
Methodologies: Familiarity with basic Agile/Scrum mechanics and version control environments (Git).
Analysis: Strong logical execution, critical thinking, and structured debugging abilities.
Communication: Clear, professional, and concise written and verbal communication habits.
