Job Description

In this role, you will design highly scalable and high-performing technology solutions within an Agile work environment. You will be responsible for producing and delivering clean code and robust test cases. Collaborating closely with business support teams, product managers, security experts, and enterprise architects, you will help resolve critical production issues and simplify business processes using the latest in automation and cloud technology.
As a technical expert, you will lead through the entire product lifecycle—from requirements gathering and design to development, deployment, and ongoing support. You will model a DevOps mindset, applying continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) to everything you build.

Define technical specifications and development requirements that result in high-performing technology.
Develop, review, and deploy software to solve complex business problems, keeping customer experience at the forefront.
Adopt a strict DevOps mindset by applying automation, continuous integration, and continuous delivery methodologies.
Foster innovation by researching emerging technologies, utilizing AI tools, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Enable team collaboration, mobilize active problem-solving sessions, and communicate complex concepts clearly.
Provide on-the-job training, guidance, and code reviews for new team members.

Experience: Proven software development experience with a deep understanding of software design concepts, practices, and Agile methodologies.
Core Languages & Frameworks: High proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
Database & Messaging: Strong skills in SQL and experience with message queuing systems (Any MQ).
DevOps & Cloud: Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
Emerging Tech: Exposure to modern AI tools, such as Azure Open API or equivalent platforms.
Project Management: Familiarity with tracking and resolving issues using JIRA.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to build effective stakeholder relationships, and a passion for mentoring.
