Job Description
For the Dentsu Recruitment 2026 drive, the team is looking for a Graduate Trainee (ORM) responsible for managing and enhancing the brand’s online presence. You will actively monitor, engage, and respond to audience interactions across various digital platforms.
This role involves handling customer feedback, complaints, and conversations in real time, generating actionable insights, and supporting the brand in building a positive and trusted digital reputation. Successful completion of the 6-month traineeship may lead to a full-time role based on your performance.
Key Responsibilities
As a Graduate Trainee at Dentsu, your key responsibilities will include:
Social Media Monitoring: Monitor, review, and track user comments, feedback, and complaints across all social media platforms using manual methods and social listening tools.
Customer Engagement: Engage with the target audience on behalf of the brand by responding to queries and messages in a timely, professional manner.
Reputation Management: Manage negative feedback within defined turnaround times and highlight positive feedback to protect and shape the brand’s online perception.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, categorize, and analyze audience data to provide insights into customer sentiment. Prepare detailed reports highlighting key issues, strengths, and regional trends.
Competitor Benchmarking: Benchmark brand performance against competitors using similar ORM metrics.
Strategic Recommendations: Recommend actionable strategies to improve customer experience and maintain daily/weekly/monthly ORM reports for internal stakeholders.
Skills & Eligibility
To be eligible for the Dentsu Recruitment 2026, candidates must strictly meet the following criteria:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (BA, BBA, B.Com, B.Sc) preferably in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
Experience Level: Freshers are welcome. Prior experience in social media management, digital marketing, or customer support is a plus.
Required Core Competencies:Strong written communication and customer engagement skills.Deep understanding of social media platforms and digital communities.Basic knowledge or experience with social listening and ORM (Online Reputation Management) tools.Strong analytical and reporting skills.Ability to manage high volumes of customer interactions calmly, maintaining a problem-solving mindset and high attention to detail.
