Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as an active operational liaison between product end-users, business clients, and the product development teams.
- Requirements Management: Partner closely with senior Business Analysts to thoroughly examine, define, structure, and document business project requirements.
- Technical Communication: Communicate structured project requirements, data definitions, and user stories accurately to core engineering and development teams.
- Solution Engineering Support: Support the analysis of operational bottlenecks and assist in defining scalable technical solutions and system construction approaches.
- Standards Compliance: Maintain complete compliance with all corporate security policies, documentation standards, and timelines.
Skills & Eligibility
- Academic Foundation: A full-time College or University degree in a relevant technical, business, or professional stream.
- Problem Solving: Strong deductive reasoning capabilities and the ability to evaluate existing standardized procedures to troubleshoot routine challenges.
- Functional Knowledge: Conceptual understanding of business analysis workflows, SDLC theories, practices, and system modeling principles.
- Interpersonal Communication: Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills to exchange ideas effectively, articulate complex problems, and gather feedback seamlessly.
