As a Business Technology Solutions Associate, you will be a key link between ZS internal teams and global clients. Your primary responsibility is to analyze intricate business problems and translate them into high-quality technical designs. You will design and implement technical features using industry best practices, ensuring that solutions are scalable and efficient. This role requires applying various development methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall , and conducting unit testing and embedded QA procedures to ensure delivery excellence.
You will work closely with development teams to interpret business requirements accurately and provide guidance in creating project implementation plans. Beyond core development, you will leverage modern productivity tools like AI Copilots for SQL generation and code optimization. This role also offers the opportunity to explore Big Data concepts and work on major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, ensuring you stay at the forefront of technological innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal and client teams to shape high-quality technology solutions.

Skills & Eligibility
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, IT, Business Analytics, or MIS.
Technical: Proficiency in RDBMS concepts, SQL , and programming in Python .
Foundations: Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and academic excellence.
Experience: 0-3+ years of relevant experience in delivering technology solutions.
Cloud: Familiarity with Big Data concepts and AWS/Azure/GCP is preferred.
Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for client interaction.
Mobility: Willingness to travel to other offices for client collaboration as required.
