  • Write clear, maintainable code or structural configuration metadata for well-defined engineering tasks.
  • Participate actively in Agile sprint ceremonies, collaborating smoothly with product owners and cross-functional partners.
  • Troubleshoot script bugs, API mapping errors, and automation pipeline failures with senior engineering support.
  • Contribute directly to the team’s internal documentation, technical runbooks, and product support playbooks.
  • Apply foundational DevOps practices, including source control branching and deployment pipelines, under supervision.

  • Scripting & Databases: Foundational experience with one or more programming or scripting languages such as Python, SQL, or PowerShell .
  • Workflow Automation: Direct exposure to Power Automate, Logic Apps, or similar enterprise workflow automation tools is highly preferred.
  • AI Integration: Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or AI-assisted development tools with an interest in using them effectively.
  • Cloud Exposure: Introductory familiarity with cloud computing architectures, preferably inside the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
  • Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication traits, excellent team collaboration mindset, and a proactive willingness to learn new engineering practices.
