Job Description

For the Capgemini Recruitment 2026 drive, the IT team is looking for an entry-level Software Engineer to work in the core area of Software Engineering, which encompasses the development, maintenance, and optimization of sophisticated software solutions and applications.
This entry-level grade specifically targets individuals with a foundational understanding of programming and software development principles. You will consistently work under guided direction to produce accurate and reliable results. As a Software Engineer at Capgemini, your key responsibilities will include:
Software Development & Maintenance: Participate in the research, design, development, and ongoing maintenance of software applications.
Problem Solving: Apply scientific methods and logical reasoning to analyze and solve complex software engineering problems.
Process Adherence: Understand and strictly follow established work processes, being mindful of the costs and timelines related to your assigned tasks.
Time Management: Organize your own time efficiently to deliver against tasks set by senior team members with a short-term horizon.

To be eligible for the Capgemini Recruitment 2026, candidates must strictly meet the following criteria:
Educational Background: Must hold a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in a relevant technical field.
