As a Software Engineer, you will drive technical architecture alongside distinguished architects to build a simpler, more robust, and more efficient system. The role also requires leadership qualities, as you will actively mentor junior and mid-level software associates within the rapidly growing team.
Key Responsibilities
As a Software Engineer at Blue Yonder, your key responsibilities will include:
Full Stack Development: Develop and maintain scalable applications utilizing Java, Spring Boot, and ReactJS within a multi-tenant microservices architecture.
System Architecture: Drive system architecture and designs to become simpler, more robust, and highly efficient.
Service Quality: Write and meticulously review service descriptions. Drive architecture to deliver reliable, self-healing services requiring minimal manual intervention.
Risk Mitigation: Provide early visibility and technical mitigation strategies for complex challenges encountered throughout the development journey.
Product Representation: Confidently represent the product and portfolio—including technical vision and functional roadmaps—within the company and to strategic customers.
Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and leadership to mentor junior and mid-level software associates.
Skills & Eligibility
To be eligible for the Blue Yonder Recruitment 2026, candidates must strictly meet the following criteria:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (B.E, B.Tech, B.Sc) with a preference for STEM disciplines.
Experience Level: Minimum 1 to 3 years of proven experience in Software development.
Required Technical Competencies (Must Have): Strong, hands-on programming experience in ReactJS, Reactive Java & Spring Boot . Solid understanding of building secure, scalable, resilient, and event-driven multi-tenant Microservices architectures. Good understanding of secure architectures, identity management, and secure configurations.

Familiarity with Cloud Architecture specifically on MS Azure (ARM templates, AKS, Application Gateway, Azure AD).
