Key Responsibilities

  • Test Case Execution: Methodically execute pre-formulated test cases and structured instructions engineered to validate fresh software builds and platform updates.
  • Bug Documentation: Identify, isolate, and accurately report application discrepancies, user interface anomalies, and algorithmic defects using internal logging tracking tools.
  • Procedure Alignment: Understand, assimilate, and follow testing deployment procedures and operational guidelines curated for new builds or global system releases.
  • Regression Workloads: Perform repeated regression testing exercises to thoroughly qualify software updates without letting speed compromise delivery parameters.
  • Data Capture Tracking: Utilize specified software tools and monitoring dashboards on a daily basis to cleanly document exact program outcomes.
  • SLA Monitoring: Escalate testing roadblocks, trace functional failures, and clear pending items inside the clarification portal adhering cleanly to business SLAs.

Skills & Eligibility

  • Academic Prerequisite: Possession of a full-time foundational Bachelor’s Degree (B.E / B.Tech / Science / Commerce / Arts streams).
  • QA Core Foundations: Fundamental conceptual understanding or basic knowledge of QA testing methodology, validation loops, and bug reporting tracking suites.
  • Analytical Acumen: Strong problem-solving logic to observe minute script errors and explain software failures via clear individual status reports.
  • Communication Metrics: Good written and verbal communication style to smoothly present data irregularities across technical and operations lines.
