Key Responsibilities
- Conduct manual testing of mobile applications across different devices and platforms.
- Test mobile applications on iOS and Android.
- Develop and execute test cases based on project requirements.
- Prepare and execute test plans and test scripts.
- Identify application defects during testing.
- Document and track defects using appropriate tools.
- Collaborate with developers to investigate application issues.
- Work with product managers to understand requirements.
- Provide feedback on application functionality.
- Participate in team meetings.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.
- Assist with testing documentation and reports.
Skills & Eligibility
- Candidates should have an academic background in computer science, information technology or a related field and should possess the testing knowledge specified for the position.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Eligible qualifications listed for the opportunity include B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc/BCA.
- Relevant internships or coursework in software testing are an advantage.
- Experience requirement: 0–2 years.
- Strong knowledge of manual mobile testing techniques and methodologies.
- Familiarity with iOS and Android mobile platforms and their testing requirements.
- Basic understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience with software testing tools.
- Experience with bug-tracking software.
- Knowledge of automation testing concepts.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
