Key Responsibilities

As a customer support consultant at Sutherland, you will deliver outstanding service to end-users across multiple interaction channels, including phone calls, email, web chat, and social media platforms.

Provide prompt and effective resolutions to customer requests, inquiries, and technical issues.
Achieve monthly Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score targets and operational productivity goals.
Comply with contact center performance statistics and contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Comply strictly with non-disclosure agreements (NDA) and enterprise data security protocols.
Participate in upskilling e-courses and coaching sessions to implement continuous performance feedback.
Maintain 100% shift schedule adherence with zero unauthorized absenteeism to reduce shrinkage.

Education: Any full-time Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree (Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering, Pharma, MBA, MCA).
Graduation Year: 2025 Batch passouts only.
Experience: Freshers.
Residential Requirement: Candidates must reside within a 25 km radius of Sutherland’s Chennai location.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Good logical reasoning, analytical, and typing skills.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
A team-oriented mindset with high learning adaptability.
