Prepare and manage production plans and schedules according to customer delivery commitments.
Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Stores, Engineering, and Quality teams.
Monitor production progress and identify bottlenecks.
Implement corrective actions to achieve production targets.
Perform material and capacity planning using ERP/MRP systems.
Maintain optimal inventory levels.
Analyze machine, manpower, and resource capacity.
Monitor raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory.
Track production KPIs and prepare planning reports.
Prioritize production activities according to delivery commitments.
Monitor daily production progress against the production plan.
Maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) and production routing in ERP systems.
Identify opportunities to improve planning accuracy and production efficiency.
Support Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives.
Prepare daily and monthly production reports.

Plan fabrication, machining, welding, painting, assembly, and testing activities.
Coordinate long lead-time materials including motors, gearboxes, wire ropes, electrical panels, and structural steel.
Help ensure project timelines are maintained for cranes and customized lifting equipment.
Skills & Eligibility
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Experience: 0–1 year.
Freshers: Candidates with no professional experience can apply.
Location: Pune.
Candidates should have an understanding of production planning, manufacturing processes, ERP systems, or related industrial operations.
Material Requirement Planning (MRP) is used to determine what materials are required, how much is required, and when the materials should be available for production.
In this role, candidates may work with material requirements, inventory levels, production schedules, and ERP systems to help ensure that production does not stop because of material shortages.
