To be eligible for Shell Off Campus Drive 2026, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Educational Background: Must be pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree.
Experience: Less than 3 years of professional experience.
Graduation Status: You are required to have graduated prior to your first day at Shell.
Work Authorization: Must have valid work authorization for India.
