As an Associate in Operations (FinOps), you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end business lifecycle (Contract-Service-Billing) across diverse business lines while maintaining strict data quality and process accuracy.
Develop an end-to-end understanding of supported business lines and the operational lifecycle, including Sales Operations, Contract Management, Order Management, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Cash Application, and SAP Reporting.
Perform routine quality control checks and audit operational tasks to ensure complete vetting and accuracy.
Collaborate across internal groups including Development, Product, Operations, and Finance to streamline financial workflows.
Execute day-to-day operational assignments in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines.
Apply product and business knowledge to resolve complex operational queries and client service tasks.

Skills & Eligibility
Graduating candidates from 2025 or 2026 batches.
Degree: B.Com, BBA, or B.A Economics (candidates with a Finance specialization or major are preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, formulas, data management).
Bonus Skills: Hands-on knowledge of SQL, Power Query, or Python is considered a distinct advantage.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts including evening/night shifts (Primary business shift: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST).
Strong multitasking abilities, analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and a self-starter attitude.
