Key Responsibilities

RF Hardware Architecture: Assist in designing wireless circuitry, including CDMA, WCDMA, GSM, and LTE receivers, transmitters, power amplifiers, and frequency synthesizers.
PCB Layout Implementation: Apply industry-standard baseband, power routing, and RF trace layout guidelines across complex multi-layered FR4 PCB materials.
Hardware Validation: Conduct comprehensive bench testing and parametric validations using specialized RF laboratory test equipment (such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and signal generators).
Standards Compliance: Align physical hardware designs with 3GPP mobile handset RF standards to ensure reliable signaling and network interoperability.
Cross-Functional Innovation: Collaborate within a fast-moving product development ecosystem to translate conceptual system requirements into verified production-ready hardware.

Academic Requirement: Full-time Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E / B.Tech in ECE, EEE, Telecommunication, or equivalent branches).
Experience: 0 to 2 years of verifiable exposure or academic project work in delivering wireless hardware components from conceptualization through physical lab validation.
Domain Expertise: Foundational familiarity with 3GPP mobile handset specifications and cellular receiver/transmitter components.
PCB Blueprinting: Solid grasp of structural multi-layer PCB design practices, signal integrity guidelines, and power plane distribution on FR4 substrates.
Lab Aptitude: Familiarity with high-frequency laboratory test gear essential for troubleshooting and documenting wireless signal waveforms.
Familiarity with integrated GPS receivers, Bluetooth low-energy modules, or WLAN transceivers.
Basic exposure to modern CAD tools used for RF circuit simulations (e.g., ADS, Altium, or Cadence Allegro).
Strong analytical troubleshooting mindset, structured data recording habits, and proactive team collaboration skills.
