Key Responsibilities

Demand Forecasting: Leverage historical sales records, competitive market trends, and macro factors to generate accurate, optimized demand forecasts.
Data Analysis: Run systematic deep-dives on massive datasets using Advanced Excel, SQL, and Python scripting to isolate pattern trends, growth vectors, and demand anomalies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate and lock assumptions closely with Sales, Marketing, Category Management, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to unify consensus forecasting.
Model Refinement: Continuously evaluate, test, and improve forecasting methodologies to significantly reduce forecast errors.
KPI Tracking: Generate operational dashboards to track metrics like forecast accuracy and product service levels, offering constructive process optimizations.
Process Automation: Proactively pinpoint optimization or automated workflow strategies to streamline the overarching demand planning system.

Education: Must possess a valid BE / BTech degree from a recognized Tier 1 engineering institute.
Experience Window: 0 to 2 years of professional working exposure. Prior experience in E-commerce, Retail, or Core Data Analytics is highly preferred.
Analytical Prowess: Exceptional problem-solving skills rooted in structured logical thinking and quantitative process alignment.
Core Technology Knowledge: Practical, high-level proficiency in SQL, Python, and Advanced Excel models.
Execution Mindset: High degree of action orientation, professional agility, and an absolute sense of project ownership in high-speed settings.
