As a Data Analyst at MHTECHIN, you will work on collecting, processing, and analyzing complex business datasets. You will collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to transform technical metrics into actionable business strategies and interactive visualizations.
Collect, extract, clean, and transform large, complex datasets from multiple transactional and analytical data sources.
Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to spot emerging business trends, anomalies, and operational insights.
Design and evaluate A/B test experiments, perform statistical testing, and create predictive analytical reports.
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into structured analytical and data models.
Maintain high standards of data governance, security, and accuracy across reporting layers and data pipelines.
Document data modeling procedures and present recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skills & Eligibility
Graduation Year: 2025 or 2026 passout batches.
Degree: B.E / B.Tech, B.Sc, M.Sc, M.E / M.Tech, or MBA (Analytics / Quantitative specialization).
Fields of Study: Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, or closely related disciplines.
Data Querying & Excel: Strong working knowledge of SQL relational queries and advanced MS Excel functions.
Programming Languages: Familiarity with Python or R for statistical analysis and data handling.
Statistical Concepts: Solid understanding of probability, statistical distributions, hypothesis testing, and regression analysis.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving abilities and clear written/verbal English communication skills.
Prior academic projects or internship experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or statistical modeling.
Exposure to cloud data warehouses such as Google BigQuery, Snowflake, or Amazon Redshift.
Knowledge of ETL concepts, data modeling practices, or workflow automation tools (e.g., dbt, Apache Airflow).
