Key Responsibilities
- As an entry-level Software Developer in the Digital Americas team, your daily responsibilities will span the following areas:
- AI Product Development: Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code to build analytics tools and decision-support systems for Linde’s global business units.
- Data Systems Integration: Collaborating closely with data scientists and engineers to integrate raw data pipelines, automate system workflows, and build out reliable reporting systems.
- System Maintenance: Testing, debugging, maintaining, and upgrading existing software modules to ensure optimal processing speeds and runtime reliability.
- Agile Teamwork: Engaging in sprint ceremonies, providing regular updates, and incorporating feedback to ensure solutions align with operational requirements.
- Continuous Upskilling: Actively staying up to date with modern software tools, AI frameworks, and development best practices.
Skills & Eligibility

- Educational Credentials: Full-time Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field.
- Programmatic Base: Strong conceptual fundamentals in computer science, including data structures, basic algorithms, and clean object-oriented programming (OOP).
- Analytical & AI Interest: A clear interest in working on predictive analytics, machine learning pipelines, AI-backed business tools, and enterprise decision-support software.
- Communication & Mindset: Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving logic, and the adaptability to work inside multi-disciplinary development teams.
