Job Description
Your technical duties involve performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on platform incidents, managing tickets, and deploying secure system customizations to support evolving commercial workflows. You will monitor real-time platform behaviors and collaborate with integration groups to sustain seamless API endpoints or middleware connections between Coupa and backend systems like SAP or Oracle ERPs. Furthermore, you will play an active role in testing, release validation management, and compiling comprehensive technical process guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality production support for Coupa platforms, diagnosing structural defects and platform anomalies.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather functional requirements and map appropriate technical solutions.
Develop and execute custom configurations, form enhancements, and data views within the Coupa environment.
Monitor daily system ticket lines, ensuring prompt resolution of end-user requests in compliance with corporate timelines.
Support cross-platform integration paths, helping maintain **APIs, webhooks, or middleware** channels.
Participate systematically in platform deployment, regression testing, and routine release version upgrades.
Compile and organize comprehensive documentation, functional validation playbooks, and knowledge-base assets.
Enforce strict compliance with data security benchmarks, platform governance regulations, and consulting best practices.
Skills & Eligibility
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or related streams.
Platform Knowledge: Foundational exposure or hands-on configuration experience running inside the Coupa SaaS platform .
Operations: Basic grasp of enterprise software support operations, issue tracking, and ticket-based diagnostic patterns.
Domain Awareness: Preliminary understanding of supply chain, procurement, automated invoicing, and corporate financial workflows.
Bonus Experience: Familiarity with **Zip** (procurement intake & orchestration software) or enterprise **APIs and middleware tools**.
Soft Skills: Strong professional communication, analytical reasoning, and comfortable managing stakeholder interactions.
