Job Description

  • As a Business Development Associate at Intellipaat, your primary objective will be to act as a career consultant for global IT professionals. You will engage with inbound and outbound leads, understanding their career up-skilling requirements, and pitching the most appropriate technical courses. This role requires you to consistently achieve monthly revenue targets while providing comprehensive pre-sales to post-sales support.
  • You will utilize advanced CRM platforms (such as Salesforce or Zoho) to maintain accurate records of all customer interactions. By proactively identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, generating references from the existing customer base, and understanding market trends, you will significantly expand the sales pipeline. Note that this is a pure Work from Office setup operating 6 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call inbound/outbound leads provided in the CRM to understand their career up-skilling requirements and pitch the right certification courses.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets in line with organizational objectives.
  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities proactively with the existing learner base.
  • Generate references through existing customers to increase the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
  • Manage complete pre-sales to post-sales support activities for assigned leads.
  • Follow up with potential prospects and conduct market research to identify new tech trends.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to improve future product portfolios.

Skills & Eligibility

  • Education: Any Graduation or Post Graduation degree. (Note: Candidates with Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and Master of Arts (M.A.) degrees are not eligible).
  • Experience: Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Communication: Exceptional spoken and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and tele-consulting capabilities.
  • Mindset: Fast-learner, detail-oriented, highly self-motivated, and capable of performing well under strict sales targets.
  • Team Player: Excellent ability to work collaboratively in a high-stress, dynamic team environment.
