Job Description

As part of the Infosys delivery team, a typical day in the life of an Infoscion involves interfacing with clients to resolve quality assurance issues and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. You will dive into business requirements, create and review robust designs, and validate architectural choices to deliver top-tier service offerings.
You will not only build efficient programs and systems but also participate in project estimation and solution delivery. From conducting technical risk planning to performing unit test plan reviews, your role is pivotal in guiding teams toward developing highly optimized, quality code while strictly adhering to organizational guidelines and SOLID design principles.

Client Interaction: Interface with clients for quality assurance issue resolution and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Design & Architecture: Understand requirements, create and review software designs, and successfully validate system architecture.
Project Lifecycle: Participate in project estimation, provide solution delivery inputs, and conduct comprehensive technical risk planning.
Code Quality: Perform regular code reviews, execute unit test plan reviews, and ensure adherence to SOLID design principles.
Knowledge Management: Develop optimized code deliverables while engaging in continual knowledge management and compliance with organizational processes.

Experience: Fresher.
Core Technical Understanding: Knowledge of more than one technology (Java, Azure, AWS, or .Net) and a basic understanding of architecture and design fundamentals.
Software Lifecycle: Understanding of Project Life Cycle activities (SDLC) on development and maintenance projects, along with knowledge of Agile methodologies and testing tools.
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills with a strong ability to understand business domain requirements.
Preferred Technical Skills (Nice-to-Have): Exposure to Microservices, GCP DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Dynatrace (Performance Management), or BMC Remedy ITSM.
