Key Responsibilities
- As a System Engineer at in-tech, you will be deeply involved across full-lifecycle product engineering phases:
- Full-Cycle Development: Spending a significant majority of your core timeline actively designing, structuring, and writing production-ready code for enterprise web solutions.
- Cloud-Native System Build: Contributing end-to-end to technical development sprints supporting containerized digital architectures and cloud infrastructure management.
- Resource Optimization: Providing smart, scalable programming solutions that meet tight runtime deadlines with minimum system overhead and execution footprint.
- Large-Scale Platforms: Engineering consumer-centric microservices and modules serving global digital marketplaces and transactional platforms.
- Agile Execution: Participating actively in cross-border scrum syncs, technical documentation, testing phases, and structured code validation reviews.
Skills & Eligibility
- To successfully qualify for initial interviews in the in-tech engineering selection process, candidates must fulfill the following parameters:
- Educational Background: Must hold a regular, full-time B.E / B.Tech degree specializing in Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Information Technology (IT), or matching computational branches.
- Programmatic Core: Strong fundamental understanding of computer programming, solid knowledge of object-oriented languages (such as Java, Python, or C++), and strong problem-solving logic.
- Architectural Interest: An active interest or foundational certification in cloud-native computing principles and modern container architectures.
- Data Structures: Clear conceptual grasp of foundational data structures, memory sorting algorithms, and standard computing design systems.
- Team Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, paired with a willingness to operate inside highly synchronized, cross-functional agile development squads.
