Job Description

  • As a Junior Management Trainee at Hexaware under the Hexaware Recruitment 2026 drive, you will be the bridge between technical execution and executive strategy. You will be responsible for Data Analysis & Reporting , creating high-level performance dashboards that drive executive decision-making. You will apply Lean and Agile methodologies to identify bottlenecks in current workflows and propose efficiency-boosting solutions.
  • This role demands a high Leadership Quotient . You will act as a liaison between junior staff and senior management, requiring exceptional interpersonal skills. Whether you are building compelling decks in PowerPoint or performing analytical rigor in Excel, your goal is to ensure clear communication and effective project management across diverse business units. Flexibility is key, as you must be ready to pivot between tasks in an ambiguous environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compile and analyze data from various sources to create weekly/monthly performance dashboards.
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose Lean or Agile solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison between junior staff and management to facilitate goal alignment and feedback.
  • Transform raw business data into actionable insights using Excel or BI tools .
  • Design and deliver compelling presentation decks for senior stakeholders and partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on assigned projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and detail.
  • Proactively monitor key risk indicators and support process improvement workflows.

Skills & Eligibility

  • Education: Must be currently enrolled in a two-year full-time MBA program (Batch of 2026).
  • Academic Record: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 60% or 6.00 CGPA.
  • Analytical Skills: High proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint , and data visualization tools.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of leadership in college festivals, sports, or previous internships.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Aptitude: Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Flexibility: Must be willing to work from any Hexaware office location assigned by the company.
