Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tier-1 operational assistance via the HR service desk, communicating fluently and professionally in Japanese.
  • Log, track, and resolve inbound employee support tickets accurately while maintaining high organizational service standards.
  • Leverage integrated HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) platforms to manage internal data changes, employee profiles, and leaves tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional corporate units to streamline employee onboarding queries and document processing lifecycle steps.
  • Maintain explicit attention to detail when organizing technical documentation, verification templates, and employee registers.
  • Thrive within a high-velocity, fast-paced environment, keeping technical communication crisp, supportive, and highly clear.

Skills & Eligibility

  • Education: Hold a valid BA, BCom, or any undergraduate graduation degree from a recognized institution.
  • Language Proficiency: Demonstrated fluency in the Japanese language; holding a formal JLPT N4 or Nat 4 certification is mandatory.
  • Experience: Prior background in an HR service desk environment or corporate customer support operations is a strong added advantage, but passionate language freshers are welcome.
  • Systems Exposure: Preliminary familiarity with automated database systems, ticketing platforms, or standard HRIS tools is highly valued.
  • Soft Skills: Outstanding interpersonal empathy, clear and articulate verbal and written communication traits, and strong organizational skills.
