Job Description

As an Associate Consultant IT at Flex, you will operate at the intersection of business strategy and core software engineering. You will be integrated into internal or client-facing digital advisory groups to help map corporate requirements to scalable IT frameworks. This role is highly multi-faceted—you will assist senior technology consultants in analyzing operational datasets, identifying structural performance bottlenecks, and compiling technical specifications for system modifications.
Your day-to-day duties include collaborating with global cross-functional technical squads to ensure cloud, data, or enterprise systems align with corporate infrastructure standards. You will take ownership of documenting process maps, organizing system deployment instructions, and supporting the active rollout of new IT solutions. Furthermore, you will track metric definitions, help implement automated workflows, and proactively contribute ideas toward continuous process optimization and infrastructure modernization tracks.

Assist in drafting IT advisory reports and mapping computational options for live project deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to analyze corporate data architectures and systemic needs.
Create, manage, and audit comprehensive software documentation, system requirement profiles, and operational guidelines.
Support the technical execution, integration validation, and user-acceptance phases of new IT solutions.
Contribute to internal automation tracks, routine process improvements, and hardware/software optimization efforts.
Track system dependencies, trace configuration issues, and maintain high standards for tech-stack performance.
Communicate project timelines, sprint progress parameters, and technical challenges clearly to all stakeholders.

Education: B.E. / B.Tech graduation degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or closely related engineering fields.
Experience: Freshers with zero industry tenure are explicitly eligible; past tech internships are a strong plus.
Foundations: Solid core understanding of corporate IT systems, cloud models, networking, or consulting lifecycle basics.
Analysis: Strong analytical reasoning capabilities and structured problem-solving habits to break down data models.
Communication: Good written and verbal English communication traits suited for professional business consultation matrices.
Team Spirit: Ability to adapt, learn dynamically, and collaborate productively within complex, distributed team-oriented environments.
