Job Description

  • As a Services Support Associate II on the Workplace Experience team, you will be responsible for producing accurate administrative deliverables while managing assignments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Produce high-quality administrative deliverables and manage assignments efficiently.
  • Document project activities using workflow tools and ensure adherence to Deloitte’s brand standards.
  • Draft, format, and edit correspondence, presentations, and various business documents.
  • Coordinate with national and local teams to support stakeholder requests across all organizational levels.
  • Provide administrative support for time and expense tracking, requests for payment, Swift, and SharePoint operations.

Skills & Eligibility

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 0-5 years of corporate administrative experience.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel; basic proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Tools Familiarity: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Outlook and other essential business tools.
  • Documentation: Strong ability to prepare, format, and edit business correspondence and project deliverables.
  • Flexibility: Readiness and ability to work across various rotational shifts.
  • Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points): Experience supporting top executives (Partners, Principals, Directors), working in a shared services center, and utilizing tools like Swift, Payables Tool, SAP, or SharePoint. Experience coordinating with virtual, cross-location teams is highly valued.
  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in any subject to be eligible for this position.
