- 0–2 years of experience in Technical Support, DevOps Support, Salesforce Support or a similar technical role is preferred.
- Freshers can apply with a completed B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology or a closely related engineering discipline.
- Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem can also be considered.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce platforms and DevOps concepts.
- Familiarity with SaaS applications, APIs, XML, SQL, Git and version control.
- Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to research solutions and use technical knowledge bases.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with global and distributed teams.
- Strong customer-centric mindset and active listening skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts supporting global SLAs.
- Experience or familiarity with AI tools, methods and practices is considered a strong advantage for the role.
- Copado or Salesforce Admin and Developer certifications are also highly preferred. Candidates with these certifications can demonstrate additional familiarity with the platform and ecosystem.
