Key Responsibilities

System Enhancements: Utilize foundational knowledge of application deployment procedures, technical specifications, and system environments to define and shape functional code enhancements.
Coding & Debugging: Draft basic programmatic solutions, conduct regular unit testing cycles, use scripting utilities, and modify software blocks to match design blueprints.
Issue Analysis & Remediation: Identify runtime application dependencies, evaluate software code anomalies, formulate technical recommendations, and implement stable bug fixes.
Evaluative Judgment: Analyze system processes and business workflows to make calculated judgments that enhance performance, operational scalability, and database optimization.
Enterprise Learning: Rapidly build domain-level knowledge of Citi’s internal data infrastructures, infrastructure networks, client-server models, and operating procedures.
Risk and Compliance Management: Assess situational risks appropriately when making development choices, demonstrating alignment with corporate governance, financial regulations, and strict security rules.

Education: Full-time Bachelor’s degree / University degree (B.E / B.Tech or tightly integrated technical streams) or equivalent analytical experience.
Experience: 0 to 2 years of professional background or academic internship engagement in writing, troubleshooting, or editing application source code.
Programming Capabilities: Practical conceptual understanding of modern programming frameworks (such as Java, C++, Python, SQL, or related object-oriented environments).
Industry Frameworks: Foundational grasp of standard software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, client-server logic, and network operations.
Communication: Consistently clear, concise, and structured written and verbal English communication proficiencies.
