AI-Driven Code Generation: Leverage Zamp’s specialized internal AI tooling to automatically generate executable code blocks, linking components together into automated functional logic pipelines.
End-to-End Delivery Ownership: Validate system actions across the whole delivery lifecycle—spanning initial architecture sandbox design, rigorous testing cycles, production deployments, and real-time runtime monitoring.
Cross-Functional Feedback Loops: Act as the essential bridge translating between customer operations, product owners, and core engineering squads, providing actionable data on software patterns or platform performance features.
Customer Enablement: Partner with account management branches to successfully onboard enterprise users, debug active issues, and nurture healthy product adoption cycles.
Business Value Tracking: Constantly monitor active AI employee performance metrics, calculate real-time ROI or workflow efficiency gains, and present technical performance summaries to non-technical client stakeholders.
Skills & Eligibility
Academic Pedigree: Full-time undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or closely associated analytical fields. Candidates passing out of top-tier institutes like IITs, NITs, BITS, or premier technical colleges are strongly preferred.
Experience Window: 0 to 2 years of professional background inside an analyst, data modeling, business operations, or software development space (relevant internship engineering tracks fully count).
Programming Proficiency: Solid conceptual understanding and basic coding literacy in mainstream scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript.
Analytical Frameworks: Exceptional logical processing capability, structural clarity of thought, and an innate comfort when mapping complex system workflows or data dependency trees.
Ownership & Agility: Strong initiative-taking persona with the capability to thrive and drive measurable value inside ambiguous, high-velocity startup environments.
