Job Description

As a Developer L1 at Wipro, you will be instrumental in the design, development, and maintenance of software programs for advanced operating systems. Your primary focus will be on ADAS and Autonomous Vehicle AI, where you will study system flows, data usage, and work processes to develop feasible designs from client requirements. You will follow the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to investigate problem areas and facilitate root cause analysis for system issues.
This role involves a high level of technical rigor, including modifying software to fix errors, adapting it to new hardware, and ensuring that all code is bug-free. You will also be responsible for developing and automating validation processes by designing and executing test cases. Collaboration is key, as you will confer with project managers, engineering staff, and functional teams to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and performance requirements.

Develop software solutions by studying information needs, system flows, and data usage.
Design and implement code for ADAS and Autonomous Vehicle AI modules.
Conduct root cause analysis for system issues and implement performance improvements.
Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases and usage scenarios.
Document solutions using flowcharts, diagrams, charts, and clear code comments.
Collaborate with engineering staff to evaluate and develop software-hardware interfaces.
Prepare comprehensive reports on programming specifications, project status, and activities.
Ensure timely response to customer requests and maintain high standards of business etiquette.

Education: B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related engineering fields.
Core Skills: Strong understanding of ADAS and Autonomous Vehicle AI concepts.
Development: Proficiency in programming languages suitable for embedded or AI systems.
Analytical: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to convert requirements into feasible designs.
Documentation: Ability to compile accurate technical documentation and reports.
Communication: Good written and verbal skills for client interactions and team coordination.
Mindset: Proactive learner dedicated to staying current on best practices and new languages.
