In this role, you will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain digital mobile solutions. Key responsibilities include:
Cross-Platform Development: Participating in building and maintaining mobile applications using .NET MAUI or equivalent frameworks for iOS, Android, and Windows.
UI Implementation: Assisting in designing responsive and intuitive user interfaces aligned with approved UI/UX standards.
Data Connectivity: Integrating RESTful APIs and OData services to ensure reliable and secure application data flow.
Agile Collaboration: Active involvement in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives.
CI/CD & Testing: Supporting continuous integration and build automation, writing unit tests, and troubleshooting software bugs under mentorship.
To qualify for the Associate Software Engineer role at West Pharmaceutical Services, candidates should possess the following academic credentials and skill set:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent technical discipline (B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc).
Experience: 0 to 2 years of software engineering experience. Academic project or internship exposure to cross-platform mobile app development is strongly preferred.
Mobile Frameworks: Basic understanding of cross-platform frameworks such as .NET MAUI, Xamarin, Flutter, or React Native .
Programming Knowledge: Strong fundamentals in C#, .NET technologies , and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
