Key Responsibilities
Full Lifecycle Engineering: Contribute to and own the full engineering lifecycle—design, development, testing, deployment, and performance monitoring—across Verint’s global software portfolio.
Feature Implementation: Write clean, secure, and maintainable code to deliver new product enhancements following modular architectural practices.
Quality Gate Maintenance: Ensure rigorous adherence to functional and non-functional quality standards before software components are pushed to production.
Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify system technical debts or potential deployment risks, and propose structured alternative solutions to management.
Technical Documentation: Create and formalize complete technical design documents, specification maps, and architectural configuration updates.
Collaboration & Mentorship: Sync and align with cross-cultural technical and product management teams across diverse time zones. Additionally, assist in mentoring and onboarding internal intern engineers.
Skills & Eligibility
Educational Requirements: Must hold a regular full-time Degree or Post-Graduate qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent technical computational stream (B.E / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech).
Programming Proficiency: Solid mastery of at least one modern programming language (such as Java, Python, C++, or C#) along with a strong understanding of fundamental Algorithms and Data Structures.
Core CS Foundations: Clear baseline understanding of fundamental computer science concepts, including Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs), Operating Systems, and software architectures.
Agile Methodologies: Practical comprehension of modern software development life cycles, particularly Agile systems and framework operations.
Professional Attributes: Logical and structured thinking, highly adaptive to learning new-age technologies, ethical accountability, and a team-driven mindset.
Hands-on experience with modern cloud delivery infrastructure platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Prior exposure to automated pipelines, standard continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools.
Academic or personal project prototypes showcasing implementation of emerging technologies.
