As an Apprentice IT PMO Analyst , you will support senior project managers in defining project roadmaps, documenting business requirements, automating internal workflows, and managing SaaS deployment tracking for institutional client onboarding.
Requirements Management: Identify, compile, analyze, and document operational requirements reflecting underlying business needs.
Project Planning & Execution: Define and track structured project plans in close partnership with senior IT project managers.
Workflow Automation: Design and implement solutions to automate Business-As-Usual (BAU) operational processes using tools like SharePoint, Python scripts, C++, or Java.
SaaS & Technical Onboarding Coordination: Plan, track, and report on cloud infrastructure deployments and SaaS upgrades for new client regions.
Documentation Hygiene: Maintain project artifacts, track timesheets/dashboards, document lessons learned, and consolidate technical artifacts to uphold SDLC compliance standards.
Data Analysis & Status Reporting: Generate routine project dashboards and status reports for cross-functional stakeholders using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools.

Skills & Eligibility
Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Technology (Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering) or a Business-related discipline.
Familiarity with financial software applications, fund management concepts, or front-office banking terminology is a plus.
Working knowledge of scripting and programming concepts (Python, C++, Java, VBA, or SQL).
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and process mapping software (MS Visio).
Familiarity with project tracking tools; JIRA or Confluence certification is a strong advantage.
Foundational exposure to cloud deployment concepts and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective cross-team coordination.
Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced corporate environment both independently and collaboratively.
