- B.E/B.Tech in a relevant field.
- Freshers are eligible according to the supplied recruitment details.
- Competency in Microsoft Office 365.
- ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in a technical service desk environment is preferred.
- Experience providing support through voice, chat, and email.
- Familiarity with Outlook, O365, Active Directory, VPN, and ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of Windows 8/10 and later versions.
- Knowledge of iOS and Android devices.
- Desire and ability to learn new processes, applications, and technologies.
- Good customer-handling skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
