Job Description

  • For the Salesforce Off Campus Drive 2026, the company is seeking an Associate Member of Technical Staff (AMTS). In this role, you will work with a group of world-class engineers to build breakthrough features that customers will love. You will serve as a core software engineer, encompassing architecture, design, implementation, and testing to ensure the platform remains stable and scalable.
  • You will master the development process, culture, and codebase, and then contribute to improving it. This role requires working closely with product managers and UX experts to build new features for the trusted Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • As a Software Engineering AMTS at Salesforce, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Product Development: Architecting, designing, implementing, testing, and delivering highly scalable products.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with engineers, product managers, and UX experts to build new features.
  • Testing & Automation: Developing test strategies, designing automation frameworks, and writing unit/functional tests.
  • Code Quality: Driving up code coverage and automation metrics while mastering the codebase.
  • Operational Excellence: Using telemetry and metrics to drive operational excellence.
  • Stability: Ensuring the trusted platform remains stable and scalable while releasing high-quality products.

Skills & Eligibility

  • To be eligible for Salesforce Off Campus Drive 2026, candidates must meet the strict criteria below:
  • Educational Background: B.E/B.Tech graduating in 2026.
  • Specialization: Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, or equivalent fields with a CS specialization.
  • Academic Score: Minimum 7 CGPA with no active backlogs.
  • Technical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attitude: Self-starter with a strong sense of self-motivation and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Preferred Skills: Experience with automation frameworks and analyzing test cases.
