Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will work with experienced developers and contribute to software development activities across the SDLC.
Develop, test and maintain software applications under the guidance of senior developers.
Write clean, efficient and maintainable code.
Follow coding standards and software engineering best practices.
Assist in developing backend services, web applications and APIs.
Participate in debugging and troubleshooting software defects.
Support feature development and software enhancements.
Assist with application maintenance activities.
Work closely with software engineers, QA teams, business analysts and project managers.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
Assist with code reviews and implement feedback from senior team members.
Communicate project progress and technical challenges.
Perform unit testing and support integration testing activities.
Help improve application performance, reliability and scalability.
Follow secure coding practices and software engineering standards.
Prepare technical documentation, code comments and implementation notes.
Support software deployment and release activities.

Fresh graduates with a relevant technical degree can apply for the Fresher Software Engineer position.
The listed educational qualifications include:
B.Tech / BE in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electronics or related disciplines.
B.Sc in Computer Science or Information Technology.
MCA – Preferred.
M.Tech – Preferred.
M.Sc in Computer Science or IT – Preferred.
Fresh graduates with strong academic projects, internships, coding competition experience or open-source contributions are encouraged to apply.
The role requires a solid foundation in programming, software development and database concepts.
Java: Knowledge of Java programming and object-oriented development.
C++: Understanding of C++ programming fundamentals.
Python: Ability to develop programs and scripts using Python.
C#: Familiarity with C# programming.
JavaScript: Basic knowledge for web development.
OOP: Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
Data Structures & Algorithms: Knowledge of core DSA concepts and problem-solving techniques.
REST APIs: Basic understanding of API-based application communication.
SQL: Knowledge of relational databases and SQL fundamentals.
Git/GitHub: Familiarity with version control and collaborative development workflows.
Important skills include OOP, Data Structures and Algorithms, SQL, REST APIs, HTML5, CSS3, Git and software development lifecycle concepts. Spring Boot, .NET, Node.js, React, Angular, cloud and testing knowledge are preferred.
