Job Description

As a key member of the Oracle IT organization, you will work with Oracle’s cutting-edge technology to develop, implement, and rigorously support our global infrastructure. Your primary role as a Programmer Analyst will involve extensive testing and fundamental data analysis to ensure the reliability and stability of Oracle’s standard infrastructure systems.
You will leverage your expertise in automation frameworks to streamline testing processes, utilizing tools like the Selenium Automation Test Framework and scripting languages such as Bash and VBA. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to troubleshoot complex scenarios within high-availability cloud environments like Oracle RightNow Cloud Service.

Provide comprehensive testing and quality assurance for Oracle’s standard global infrastructure systems.
Perform basic to intermediate analysis of system data and operational situations to identify infrastructure bottlenecks.
Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts utilizing the Selenium Automation Test Framework.
Write and deploy Bash scripts and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) macros to automate manual IT infrastructure tasks.
Support and configure environments involving Oracle APEX and the RightNow Cloud Service.
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure seamless implementation and support of new technical rollouts.

Experience: Must possess a minimum of 3 to 5+ years of relevant industry experience in IT systems, testing, or programming analysis.
Automation Skills: Strong, hands-on expertise in building and executing tests using the Selenium Automation Test Framework.
Scripting & Development: Proficiency in Bash Scripting and Visual Basic for Application (VBA).
Oracle Technologies: Working knowledge or hands-on experience with Oracle APEX and RightNow Cloud Service is required.
Language Proficiency: Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English to coordinate with global teams.
Security Clearance: No special security clearance is required for this position.
