Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Developer, you will perform software development, testing, debugging, and operational support tasks based on defined business projects. You will work alongside senior software specialists to automate processes and troubleshoot software applications across production and non-production environments.

Understand, develop, test, debug, and support software solutions tailored to business requirements.
Document automation processes, technical solutions, and architecture logic clearly.
Participate in problem-solving and troubleshooting for software in production and non-production environments.
Provide on-call support and participate in developer rotations (including after-hours, weekends, or holiday support when required).
Manage time effectively to deliver work to agreed timelines while handling multiple project priorities.
Collaborate with senior specialists and management to ensure stakeholders receive timely updates on deliverables.
Proactively keep managers and leads informed about risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.

Skills & Eligibility

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc / BCA).
Experience: Freshers with strong programming fundamentals and problem-solving aptitude.
Basic understanding of at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C, C++, C#, .NET, or VB).
Basic understanding of modern tools/technologies (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Power BI, MongoDB, Tableau, Snowflake, Playwright, Selenium, Postman, etc.).
Aptitude and willingness to learn software design, system architecture, and complex problem-solving skills.
Good organizational and communication skills for working in collaborative team environments.
