Key Responsibilities
Software Coding & Development: Write clean, robust, maintainable, and high-quality source code to support retail application stacks, digital features, or database pipelines.
Agile System Delivery: Participate actively inside cross-functional Agile engineering squads, contributing to daily stand-ups, unit design sprints, and functional iteration reviews.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Draft automated testing scripts, conduct unit tests, and troubleshoot code anomalies to maintain optimal system performance.
System Maintenance: Assist senior technical leads in monitoring production systems, resolving deployment bugs, and configuring patches under structured mentorship models.
Documentation Management: Document application logic, architectural changes, database schemas, and configuration setup guides for code governance.
Skills & Eligibility
Educational Track: Must hold a regular, full-time engineering graduate/postgraduate degree (B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech) focusing on Computer Science, Information Technology, or related quantitative domains.
Programming Proficiency: Foundational mastery in at least one modern object-oriented language such as Java, C++, Python, or C#.
Computer Science Basics: Solid foundational knowledge of core Data Structures, Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts, and Operating Systems.
Database Familiarity: Baseline clarity in structured query platforms like SQL, covering table joins, fundamental schemas, and script management.
Analytical Instincts: Sharp logical thinking, quick analytical troubleshooting methods, and a strong drive to learn emerging retail technologies.
Collaboration Skills: Excellent verbal and written tracking communication mechanics to sync effectively with international product stakeholders.
