Key Responsibilities
Application Support Ownership: Collaborate with IT engineering squads and enterprise end-users to holistically design, manage, and sustain Line of Business software applications.
System Optimization: Proactively identify system bottlenecks and implement structural updates to improve application uptime, telemetry alerting systems, and platform efficiencies.
Patching & Upgrades: Coordinate seamlessly across multiple technical departments during scheduled software upgrades and hotfix patching routines to guarantee minimum client friction.
Product Optimization: Work hand-in-hand with internal Product development branches to evaluate custom application features, product extensions, and operational work-arounds.
Technical Documentation: Author comprehensive standard operational documentation, platform manuals, and detailed specifications for functional or infrastructure requirements.
IaaS Integration: Participate in designing, building, and maintaining client Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) configurations to drive automated self-service functionalities for core eDiscovery applications.
Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor project and application progress by rigorously tracking operational metrics, mitigating active problems, and compiling weekly progress updates.
Skills & Eligibility
Educational Degree: Full-time Bachelor’s of Engineering (B.E / B.Tech) or Master of Computer Applications (MCA) program focusing on Computer Science, IT, or comparable technical domains.
Experience Limits: 0 to 2 years of professional background working inside an engineering, application support, systems management, or analytical infrastructure environment.
Database Skillsets: Intermediate proficiency in SQL query structures, data manipulation, and an understanding of database reporting architectures.
Quantitative Competency: Solid foundational training in quantitative methods, analytical logic, mathematics, or statistical problem-solving.
Communication Dynamics: Excellent verbal and tracking writing proficiency with the unique ability to articulate highly complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Operational Flexibility: Willingness to be part of a structured on-call technical rotation, including flexible scheduling choices across select nights or weekends based on global maintenance demands.
Prior academic or professional alignment with standard eDiscovery platforms like Relativity, Brainspace, Nuix, or Ecapture.
Foundational exposure to SQL Database Design and administrative architecture models.
Familiarity with Linux-based operating systems or command-line scripting layers.
Understanding of virtualization landscapes such as VMware ESXi and vCenter.
Basic awareness of physical or enterprise network storage topologies including SAN and NAS storage architectures.
