Design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software programs for applications and platform enhancements.
Implement new customer requirements and operational features into existing semiconductor software applications.
Maintain the core codebase by investigating and resolving problem areas or software defects.
Demonstrate software solutions using well-structured code, comprehensive technical flowcharts, and documentation.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional technical teams to design, test, and release quality software applications.
Provide occasional on-site support to customers as needed.
Skills & Eligibility
Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.E / B.Tech) in Computer Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent streams.
Experience: Freshers / Graduate Eligible role with no previous professional work experience required.
Object-Oriented Design (OOD/OOP): Knowledge of Object-Oriented Software concepts, implementation, Design Patterns, and Finite State Machines.
Multithreading: Understanding of multithreading architecture, including preemptive thread scheduling.
Communication Protocols: Knowledgeable with hardware-level communication protocols like Inter-Integrated Circuit (I2C), Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI), and Universal Asynchronous Receiver-Transmitter (UART).
Software Engineering Practices: Ability to troubleshoot code, maintain existing codebases, and document solutions via flowcharts and structured code.
Travel Requirements: Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites for specialized support if required (less than 10% total travel).
