Key Responsibilities
Field Execution Operations: Perform structured physical execution tasks including the installation, functional loop testing, initial commissioning, and diagnostic debugging of localized electrical/mechanical hardware setups.
Design & Engineering Support: Assist intermediate-level engineering tracks by evaluating system architecture blueprints, reviewing CAD layouts, interpreting wiring diagrams, and cross-checking project technical documentation.
Systems Integration: Help configure, optimize, and streamline software integration hooks for automated industrial controllers and smart building monitoring solutions.
Compliance & Safety Protocols: Ensure all execution phases strictly align with the committed project delivery timelines, corporate quality standards, and regional environmental safety regulations.
Operations & Maintenance (O&M): Participate actively in corrective and preventive site maintenance support cycles to guarantee prolonged, uninterrupted equipment runtime for enterprise clients.
Documentation Tracking: Create and update precise site performance logs, milestone progression summaries, field configuration notes, and equipment commissioning certificates.
Skills & Eligibility
Educational Background: Must possess an authentic B.E / B.Tech degree track representing a recognized technical college or state institution.
Core Theoretical Knowledge: Fundamental structural clarity regarding physical component installations, electronic signal routing, and baseline automation commissioning methods.
Analytical Aptitude: Well-rounded logical troubleshooting instincts to successfully address real-time operational site bottlenecks and hardware failures.
Communication Dynamics: Excellent interpersonal coordination skills to smoothly interface across internal technical teams, local third-party vendors, and corporate project managers.
Mobility Parameters: Strong, proactive willingness to travel across diverse project sites and operate inside physical field environments.
Familiarity or academic internship exposure centered around HVAC networks, Building Management Systems (BMS), Fire Alarm frameworks, or Integrated Security protocols.
Basic alignment with modern industrial automation standards, safety risk-mitigation codes, and asset maintenance operations.
